FeelGood Festoons are always In Vogue. Who is Me? Creative dreamer, proud Canuck and Glambert, navigating this universe with love and some goofiness. Happiest when able to escape those boring life demands to mess around in my studio and let my artsy freak flag fly! I like to make goodies that feel like they flow with the natural curves of the body. I think the things we slip on ourselves should feel like a soothing balm to the soul while looking stellar! Everything I create I do so with integrity, taste, and a little individualistic flair. Oh and fun! Gotta have fun! For as long as the first time my little hands could grasp an object, I have enjoyed making stuff. Over the years my creations have ranged from writing, costume beaded jewelry, card-making, barbie fashions, sewing, soap and natural body products, photography and much more. I am also a writer and lover of exotic yet useful adjectives haha! I spent many years pursuing my education and my bill-paying career, and not enough time exploring what more my hands and mind can create. I'm so excited to be in a handcrafting space and want to spend all my time doing this! Leather, in all different textures, finishes and colours is now one of my biggest passions! It all started with a scrap of grey crocodile-patterned leather found in a junk store that I punched holes in and laced up and loved the result. Now, thanks to my beautiful Martine, encouragement from my lovely friends, and a little push from a wonderful Marilyn, I am here! I also thank the amazing singer/songwriter Adam Lambert, who I have had the pleasure of seeing perform incredible shows, for deeply inspiring me to be myself and pursue my passions. Many of my designs have an Adam-connection, and I love my Glamily! I also want to thank leather artist, rocker and style Guru Nicolina Royale, who is also a huge inspiration to me for her fashionista sense and self-made success. Many of my cuffs and accessories are made from scrap ends foraged from wherever I can find them. Therefore, no part of the skin of the lovely animal that gave its life for us to make treasures is wasted. I let each piece tell me where it wants to go and create from there. I LOVE what I do! It's such an honour and total joy that I get to do this. Thank you to the universe and my higher powers! Pure love. And that's what keeps me keeping on!
